The main floor is ground level and has a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, half bath, screened porch and a patio with view of the marsh. Bedrooms are upstairs. Two bedrooms have sliding glass doors to a balcony.

Located on the southern end of Litchfield Beach and offering oceanfront to marsh front accommodations in beautifully landscaped surroundings, Inlet Point South has a quiet all its own.

Amenities include two swimming pools (one is Olympic size!), jacuzzi, private boardwalk and dock on creek, and a 24 hour guarded entrance. Each of the two, three and four bedroom villas is fully furnished and has a sundeck and /or screened porch. No pets.

Please note that golf carts, boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles are not allowed in Inlet Point South.

South Point South 10D is about a 3 minute walk from the Beach.
