Sea Timbers – a luxury style beach home located in North Litchfield Beach. This newly constructed beach home is just a short 3-4 minute golf cart ride to the beach and is located right next to the Waccamaw Neck Bike Trail. This fully custom designed home features indoor and outdoor entertaining with over-sized carriage doors that open from a great room/kitchen to huge deck with swing bed, lounge chairs and patio table/chairs for eating, napping and relaxing outdoors with lots of shade.

Comprised of 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, Sea Timbers features two large master suites, one on each level and comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. All full baths feature relaxing spa rainfall showers with option for jets, waterfall or overhead rain. A Chef style kitchen offers plenty of room and features a 48″ inch Ge Monogram refrigerator, state of the art induction stovetop, dishwasher, double farm sink, microwave, and wine/beer refrigerator. Perfect for making that seafood boil or family reunion dinner easy to accommodate.

With convenient location along the Waccamaw Neck Bike Trail, guests will enjoy access to miles of secluded biking through Huntington Beach State Park, to local restaurants on either side of highway 17 or up to Murrells Inlet for lunch or a cocktail overlooking Goat Island. There’s living history throughout this spa retreat style home with reclaimed 200+ year old hand-hewn timbers from a GA log cabin, antique barn door rollers, vintage naval ship lighting to reclaimed doors from WV Greenbriar Resort as well as many more interesting artifacts. Many other design elements were handcrafted by local artisans.
