This well-appointed house features a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops with an island that seats 4, new appliances (including an ice maker that makes round ice), a dining area that seats 8, and a living area with a large sectional that has a Queen sized sleeper sofa. With a large screen in front porch and a sunroom with windows that open to screens on the back, which overlooks the wooded park behind the house and the fenced in backyard, this home has plenty of cozy places for family to gather or curl up with a good book. The first level features a large Master Bedroom with King Bed, TV and couch as well as a master bath with double vanity. The second bedroom also features a King Bed and TV and the third bedroom has 2 Full over Full Bunk Bed sets with 2 trundle beds below. The Bunk room has a TV, bean bag chairs and is the perfect place for lots of kids to sleep.

The house makes staying here an easy and fun experience. It has a washer and dryer, back deck with a table that seats 6 and a gas grill, a portable fire pit (with s’mores sticks) and chairs, loads of board games, game table, books, beach toys, a wagon, beach towels and a dog crate so just bring your bathing suit and flip flops!
