Our Resort is perfectly located in the beautiful Litchfield Beach/Pawleys Island section of the Grand Strand. This location affords our guest easy access to all the sights and sounds of Myrtle Beach, yet still offers that secluded feeling.

The accommodations at Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort are designed with you in mind.  All units are non-smoking and are tastefully decorated with the comforts of home. You can choose from suites, condominiums, villas & houses with a variety of sizes and layouts.

Within our 600 acres, Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort have accommodations on the ocean, on the golf courses, on lakes and many other scenic locations.

All are equipped with everything you need for that perfect getaway.

Our villas range from 1, 2, 3 and up to 4 bedrooms.  The golf villas will have a full kitchen, washer/dryer, patio or balcony.  The floorplans are layed out for privacy and there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.

If you want to vacation in a single family home near the beach, we have just the homes for you to choose.    Your view can be of the salt marsh or oceanfront.  They have very luxurious amenities including stainless steel appliances, wood and tile floors, windows from floor to ceiling, and huge bathrooms.  The spaces are quite unique and they definitely have something for everyone.
