Our programs are focused entirely on LBTS Properties and are committed to assist you in both the maximizing of your property’s rental potential, as well as, enhancing the personal time, that you may spend enjoying the beauty and privacy of your "Home Away From Home".

With 14 years of LBTS experience, Our management team is on-site seven days a week providing you with a designated property service manager and inspector, reservations and conference sales departments and 24hour maintenance, housekeeping and guest service staffs to assure that your investment is properly maintained at all times.

Additionally, as a "Litchfield Rental Partner", we offer you a free membership in our "Owners Edge Program" that includes Health Club and Water Amenity Memberships, reduced Golf and Tennis Rates, Merchandise and Dining Discounts, and "Complimentary Housekeeping Services".
